I could not imagine how I could do it without getting arrested. I understand the discomfort with undressing where you are. Yes, it happens here. We just arrested a man who had set up his cameras in the Dillards ladies dressing rooms in my neighborhood mall. We have strip clubs, pools, and night clubs where anyone can see anything.
