  2. Men AND women in a school together, side-by-side, which turns out scientists instead of religious scholars? Not going to bode well in this culture. Will be interesting to see if it will really happen, Hermit.

  3. Well i guess men and women working side by side wont exactly be the driving force behind churning out scientists. Its like trying to break cultural bounds. But I guess its the stepping stone in eventually moving this place forward. I definitely think this will continue in a very interesting manner. I was also surprised to find out that KFUPM used to have female teachers... im surprised i never heard of it

    And I never realized that KFUPM used to have female instructors, either. Good grief. Can't have that, now, can we?!? Nope. Not any more. After all, this is a country where women can't drive or travel alone...

  5. Yeah im living in the Eastern province, But im not saudi. And dont let me get started on "this country". Im just taking my information from the article about the female instructors, still dont know how completely reliable that information is.
