For a country where "Welcome to Saudi Arabia - We Execute Drug Smugglers" signs are posted at the borders, this statistic is a bit stunning. But, then, in a city where the population is 27,600,000 that comes to only - what - 1.25 percent of the population... I did read this article about drugs coming into Saudi Arabia last week. It was bound to happen - drug use, here. Why should this country be exempt?
