We finally had the oven-roasted spicy sweet potato wedges last night.  They were positively the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten in my entire life.  DH luved 'em.  Absolutely Delish!!!  And, sooo easy.  What more could you possibly ask for!?!
Prep time is like ten minutes - however long it takes to peel four sweet potatoes.  I mixed the ingredients together in a gallon size zip-lock bag and then tossed the potatoes in there, poured them onto a cookie sheet and popped 'em in the oven.  Very little mess.  Very little fuss.
Double the amount of brown sugar and use a half teaspoon of the cayenne pepper.  Yum yum yum.  A definite "keeper," that's for sure.
