ReplyDeleteYah, it's being considered as just another form of arbitration to take some of the minor cases off our over-loaded courts. That's the Cloward-Piven thing again: deliberatly overload the system so they can justify extra-constitutional by-passes.
I have no legal responce to Sharia law.
