Prep Time: Ten Minutes. Dinner's Done.

Best recipe, yet, to make pork cutlets:

1/2 cup butter melted
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2 small cans [or 1 large can] French's fried onions
1 1/2 pounds pork cutlets

Combine melted butter, worcestershire sauce and ground mustard. Place French's fried onions in a large zip-lock and crush. Thoroughly wash pork cutlets. Dry with paper towels. Dip pork cutlets in butter/worcestershire sauce/ground mustard mixture - then coat HEAVILY with the crushed onions - mashing the onions into each cutlet on both sides. [I double dip and mash: dip then mash - and then dip again and mash again.]

Place in baking dish and cook, uncovered, at 400° for 25-30 minutes.

While the pork cutlets are cooking, make a box of Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil rice [oh my gosh - this stuff is so delicious].

Nuke a can of green beans.

[Thanks to C who gave us a full grocery bag of pork before she left!!!]

Dinner is done.
