Going to Athens and to some of the Greek Isles and Istanbul, Turkey. Incentive to lose at least ten pounds. Need to lose a whole lot more than that, but I'm not going to be unreasonable. And besides, I just read on Newsmax that big butts are healthy! Good to know. I can live with that.
There is no way I will use the "new" camera for this next trip. Lesson well learned. Use only the old camera. One that never fails for me. One that is easy to download and post with.
Eight weeks until we get on-board. A vacation that DH and I have been talking about for years and now, we are finally going to do it.

Greece is on our Places to See list while we are on this side of the world. Possibly next year. We leave in early June for a trip to Norway (visit my sister) and to England where one of my sons is stationed with wife and grandkidlets. I'm counting the days :-)

ReplyDeleteThanks, Janice! Are you going to want a post card? I can do one with a Greek postmark and another with Turkey, if you'd like. Not a problem. I'll post later on this when it gets closer. We are thrilled and really, really looking forward to the vacation. We're tacking on extra days to spend in Greece and in Turkey. It will be a while before we do another vacation like this one, that's for sure.
